Not startedWelcome to the Seeker Formation
The Nepantla Institution calls this a Formation on purpose, and not a course. A course gives you information. A Formation builds a capacity — a real, practised ability to do something you couldn’t do as well before. What you take from this experience won’t be a list of facts about difficult life transitions. It will be a stronger ability to recognise one while you’re standing in the middle of it.

LockedHow to Navigate the Formation
The Formation is made up of lessons, reflections, practices, knowledge checks and module assessments. Lessons carry the teaching. Reflections are private writing that belongs only to you. Practices are structured exercises where you work with your own life. Knowledge checks confirm you’ve understood something. Module assessments confirm that the understanding has held.

LockedThe Seeker’s Covenant
The Formation asks five things of you. Honesty: write what is true, not what sounds good. Reflection: give yourself time between reading something and responding to it. Discernment — the skill of telling apart what you actually observed from what you assumed: use it to separate fact from interpretation. Agency: stay the one who decides what your own conclusions mean. Responsible use: use what you build here for yourself, without pushing it onto other people.
